Organised by NUS Enterprise, the entrepreneurial arm of the National University of Singapore, and Unbound, a global ecosystem of innovators, in partnership with the Infocomm Media Development Authority Of Singapore (IMDA), Innovfest Unbound is the anchor event of Smart Nation Innovations Week.
It is Southeast Asia’s largest, most exciting and award-winning innovation festival, with an expected attendance in 2019 of over 15,000 delegates from across the world. Co-chaired by Yossi Vardi and Lily Chan, Innovfest Unbound is a cross-industry, cross-vertical bringing together stakeholders from across the innovation ecosystem – including entrepreneurs, corporates, academics, investors, as well as government officials and media representatives – to discuss the emerging trends shaping our world, forge lasting relationships, and create new business opportunities.

| Digital Safari & Networking Reception at the 2019 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona (24 Feb 2019)
The Department for International Trade is delighted to invite Southeast Asian telecommunications and tech companies attending the 2019 Mobile World Congress to join them in discovering UK innovation and expertise in the digital sector.
Visitors can start their Mobile World Congress week off by joining the Department for International Trade at their networking reception and “Digital Safari” in Barcelona on the evening of Sunday 24th February. The “Digital Safari” will be a series of 90-second pitches and tabletop demonstrations from innovative UK technology companies all looking for potential investment.
Venue details will be confirmed upon RSVP. Should visitors wish to bring a guest, full details will need to be provided upon RSVP, and valid photographic identification of all attendees must be shown on arrival to gain access to the event.

Singapore Tech Mission 22-23 Oct
This section of the trade mission is aimed at promoting the UK’s capabilities in Cyber Security, Smart Cities and Health Tech sectors. You will be part of a fantastic programme comprising up to 50 UK tech firms that will meet and network (and hopefully go on to win business with) local tech companies and key government agencies.
Kuala Lumpur Tech Mission 24-25 Oct
The second part of the mission is in partnership with Telkom Malaysia (TM), one of the largest government-linked companies in Malaysia. TM is transforming the way Malaysians connect, communicate and collaborate. This is a chance to understand the opportunities and then pitch for business with TM’s clients.

| World Cities Summit (9-11 July 2018)
The biennial World Cities Summit is returning to Singapore from 9-11 July 2018; an exclusive platform for government leaders and industry experts to address liveable and sustainable city challenges, share integrated urban solutions and forge new partnerships.
The 6th World Cities Summit will explore how cities can be more liveable and resilient through better use of technology and social innovation and will be attended by over 70 city mayors from across the world. The UK’s Department for International Trade (DIT) will be taking a stand at the event giving UK tech companies the opportunity to join them and use the stand to host their meetings and demonstrate their smart cities solutions to public and private sector stakeholders from across the globe.
| ICT Trade Mission to Singapore and Thailand (25-30 June 2018)
This Trade Mission, run by EU Gateway | Business Avenues, will see European companies travel to Singapore, where they will have the opportunity to showcase their products and technologies to an audience of potential business partners at NXTAsia, part of ConnecTechAsia.
Businesses will then travel to Thailand where they will benefit from pre-arranged business-to-business meetings.
